Perinatal Support

Helping you navigate the emotional, relational, and mental health transitions that accompany pregnancy, the postpartum period, and parenthood.

At Restorative Counseling Services, we recognize that early mental health support can significantly improve long-term outcomes for mother, baby, and the family as a whole.

We work with our clients throughout the reproductive and postpartum journey, including infertility, pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum adjustment, and parenting and family transitions.

Our team of perinatal mental health clinicians provides specialized, evidence-based care in a safe and supportive environment to help you through these tough times.

You might benefit from working with one of our perinatal experts if you:

  • Have been experiencing anxiety or sadness for more than two weeks

  • Have intrusive or frightening thoughts

  • Find that your emotional distress is impacting your daily functioning

  • Are experiencing significant relational stress

  • Had a difficult pregnancy or a traumatic birth experience

  • Have experienced infertility, pregnancy loss, or infant loss

Meet our Perinatal Team

Victoria specializes in working with women and couples with a focus on perinatal mental health and medical trauma. She believes that the fear, grief, and intrusive thoughts that can hijack a woman's nervous system don't mean that something is deeply wrong. Rather that these experiences are common in the perinatal period and should be discussed and addressed. Victoria's advanced somatic training has equipped her to work with trauma that lives in the body, not just the mind.
