Sobriety Support Group
If you’re looking to keep strengthening your recovery alongside others who are doing the same, this group may be a great fit for you.
Recovery doesn’t end when treatment does. For many people, the next phase is learning how to live day-to-day life sober outside the structure of a program, while still keeping recovery at the center. That transition can bring growth, and it can also bring new challenges as routines, relationships, and responsibilities settle back into place.
This process group is for adults who have already started that work and want a place to stay connected as they move forward. We talk openly about what life in sobriety looks like now. That includes work, relationships, stress, routines, identity shifts, and everything that comes with building a life without substances.
Group is shaped by what members bring in each week. We work with what’s happening in real time and focus on what feels most relevant. Some weeks that means processing frustration or uncertainty. Other weeks it means recognizing progress, naming what feels different, or getting support around a specific situation. There’s something comforting about being with people who already understand the experience and don’t need the backstory.
The opposite of addiction is connection, and this group is built around that idea. As themes emerge, we discuss skills that support staying sober. This may include managing urges, regulating emotions, setting boundaries, navigating relationships, or handling high-risk situations. Many people find that having a consistent place to check in helps them stay focused and connected to their recovery. It becomes a space to reflect and keep moving forward.
