How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment, please fill out the form found on the Contact Us page. A member of our team will reach out to you within 24 business hours to hear more about what you are looking to address in counseling and set up your first appointment.

Who will be my therapist?
We strive to place clients with the counselor that is the best fit for their presenting concerns. All of our therapists are licensed professionals, and we each specialize in different areas. If a particular therapist stands out to you on our About Us page, please let us know and we will be happy to connect you. If you’re not sure about which therapist is the best fit for you, not to worry! We specialize in excellent therapeutic fit and will make sure you are paired with the right counselor. Please fill out the form found on the Contact Us page so we can pair you with the best counselor for your concerns.

What is the cost of therapy?
The cost of each session varies by practitioner.

When are you open?
We offer sessions every day of the week, including weekends. We have sessions beginning as early as 8am and as late as 8pm.

How long is a session?
Sessions are 50 minutes long. If you are participating in Exposure and Response Prevention or EMDR, your provider may discuss doing extended sessions, as these have been found to be highly effective.

How often will I meet with my counselor?
Most clients find it incredibly helpful to begin counseling by committing to one session per week to start. You can openly discuss session frequency with your counselor at your first session.

How long will therapy continue?
Together with your counselor you will define your goals and develop a customized treatment plan that addresses your concerns as effectively and efficiently as possible. Sometimes this will happen in a relatively short time period, while other situations may require a longer-term commitment.

What types of family counseling do you offer?
We work with families as a whole (parents along with teenage and adult children) in addition to specific relationship such as a mother – daughter duo. We also offer therapy for siblings who want a better connection and for adults who want to see growth in the relationships with their parents.

Insurance Related Questions

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes! Counseling with any of our providers is HSA and FSA-eligible.

Do you take my insurance?
We are not an in-network provider with any insurance panels. However, your counselor will be able to provide you with a Superbill (a detailed receipt for your insurance company) after each session. You can submit this receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. We encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider before your first session to find out if they reimburse for services from an out-of-network provider, if you have a deductible to meet prior to being reimbursed, and what percentage your provider reimburses per session. Policies vary from provider to provider, so you are encouraged to call and ask these questions if you are considering submitting Superbills.
