Elizabeth Klump, APC

Elizabeth is an Associate Professional Counselor who connects with her clients by providing empathy, building trust, and integrating humor as appropriate. She works with adults of all ages and sees clients in the Restorative Buckhead office as well as via telehealth.

Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English from Centre College and earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. She feels it’s important to see a client’s issues through their lens and collaborate on goals toward a path to their best selves. Elizabeth uses multiple modalities that are humanistic, goal-oriented, and psychoeducational. Some of these include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Elizabeth became a counselor after a corporate career in commercial real estate and raising a family. Her life experience makes her particularly in tune with clients experiencing stress due to corporate, family, and relationship issues. She also sees clients dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and OCD. Elizabeth is supervised by Celia Webb, LPC, CPCS.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys yoga, pickleball, golf, and hiking with her two labs. When she needs something less active you might find her traveling with friends or spending time with her adult children.
